At this time Ella Taker Art offers shipping through Canada Post or UPS. This usually takes 7-10 business days after payment and packagaing has been processed. International orders outside of North America can take up to 30 days. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. We at Ella Taker Art take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
