SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to provide you with a seamless and reliable shipping experience for your art pieces. We ensure careful packaging and secure shipping methods to ensure your artwork arrives safely. In the unfortunate situation that any shipping damage does occurs, please reach out to us and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Our shipping costs are calculated after checkout and any additional costs will be communicated to you before your painting is shipped . Duties and international import fees are not included in shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We offer shipping internationally, except to the EU currently due to costly shipping restrictions.
We are committed to delivering your artwork in a timely manner, and we appreciate your patience as we strive to get your beautiful art to you as quickly as possible.
Most orders ship within a 14 business days but please allow up to 30 days for processing original artworks. Normally, packages take 5-14 business days from the shipping date to arrive at the destination. However with our standard shipping option, allow up to 30 days for international orders. Expedited shipping options may be available to purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your art purchase. Unfortunately, since prints are made to order and original paintings are varnished to order, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order arriving damaged or incorrect please contact me to sort it out.
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our art pieces, but if there are any issues with the artwork you have received, we will work with you to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
